Over the past few years Amy has also competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting, winning regional competitions and has represented Team Yorkshire. This has developed Amy's understanding and awareness of injury treatment and prevention for anyone who trains in the gym. Other sports that Amy has competed in include rowing and rugby, meaning her knowledge of sport and the demands it has on your body is far reaching!
Having also qualified as a Pilates teacher, Amy often prescribes Pilates based exercises to patients. This means she can offer a full and comprehensive programme of rehabilitation from hands on osteopathic treatment to movement and exercise based therapy through Pilates.
