Amy trained at Leeds Metropolitan university and has a special interest in cycling, having worked at high profile international stage races with a Tour de France cycling team. Over the past few years Amy has also become a competitive powerlifter, winning regional competitions and has respresented Team Yorkshire. This has developed Amy's understanding and awareness of injury treatment and prevention in the disciplines of powerlifting, bodybuilding and crossfit.
